Refund Policy

Overview

Because the Lord Miles USB-C Lighter is a limited-edition collectible with hand-fulfilled shipping and manual payment verification, all sales are considered final upon successful delivery. That said, we're real people and we'll always do right by our customers.

When we'll refund you

• Your order never arrives within the stated shipping window (US: 2 weeks, International: 1 month) plus a 14-day grace period, and tracking confirms non-delivery.
• Your item arrives defective or damaged and you notify us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.
• We cancel your order due to inability to ship to your region.

How to request a refund

Email lordmilesinfo@gmail.com or DM @f4mrv on Instagram within the eligibility window. Include your Order Ticket Number (e.g. LM-2026-483921) and, where relevant, photo evidence.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are made in the same coin to the wallet address you provide.

Non-refundable

• Shipping fees, unless the item is defective or lost in transit.
• Orders where the customer refused delivery or provided an incorrect address after multiple confirmation attempts.
• Items showing signs of use, abuse, or modification.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We resolve nearly every issue directly and fairly.
